Summary

There are plenty of movies and shows coming to Disney+ in October, including some National Geographic specials and more episodes of a new Star Wars series. There are fewer movies being added to Disney+ this month, but subscribers will find a recent theatrical release and original Disney+ shows among the lineup of new additions. In addition to Star Wars, National Geographic, and its own original content, October will see a lot of Disney Channel original TV series being added to the Disney+ library so that families can rewatch episodes of their favorite shows.

October 2023 is following a strong month when it comes to new content on Disney+. In September, Disney+ added The Little Mermaid, several classic Disney shorts, and episodes of Disney Channel original series. It also featured musical specials, Marvel Cinematic Universe content, and more, so there really was something for everyone to stream. October is just as busy of a month for the streamer as September with these new movies and TV shows coming to Disney+.
