Summary

  • Hulu subscribers will have a limited time to enjoy movies like Game Night and Escape From Planet Earth before they leave the streaming platform.
  • Notable titles like The Exorcist III and Glengarry Glen Ross will be departing Hulu, giving viewers one last chance to watch these films.
  • Halloween will see the departure of various horror movies from Hulu, including the Leprechaun franchise and remakes like The Evil Dead and The Hills Have Eyes.

Fans will have their last chance to catch all these movies and TV shows leaving Hulu this month. Hulu offers a large selection of TV shows and movies, and every month some of that content ends up leaving the streaming service. Launched in 2007, Hulu is one of the original major streaming services and one of the few to include un-skippable ads during TV shows and movies at lower subscription tiers.

Hulu offers plenty of original movies and programming alongside its large library of network and Hollywood titles, yet it is always changing meaning that not every piece of content will be there forever. October 2023 will see a number of notable titles leaving the streaming platform, some to find new homes elsewhere and others to perhaps disappear from the streaming world for now. With only a finite number of days left to enjoy them, subscribers will want to keep an eye on everything leaving Hulu in October 2023.

As is always the case, the last day of the month in October will see the most titles leaving Hulu. It just so happens that that last day of the month is also Halloween and Hulu is dropping a number of its horror content. This includes the majority of the Leprechaun movies which will only be added to Hulu on the first of October. The silly and self-aware franchise is not the pinnacle of horror filmmaking by any means but there is fun to be had with them. Other horror titles leaving Hulu include the remakes of The Evil Dead and The Hills Have Eyes as well as some more family-friendly horror content like Monster House and Hotel Transylvania.

Aside from the horror content leaving Hulu, there are also a number of notable movies being removed. Action movie fans will have to say goodbye to Enemy of the State, The A-Team, G.I. Joe: Retaliation. Thrillers like The Lincoln Lawyer and Se7en will also be gone along with comedies like Wedding Crashers, Our Idiot Brother, and Meet the Parents.
